Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Studio
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send the package back to our design studio for inspection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
